Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

PatientFair, operated by Paid Rightly LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we", "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on patientfair.com and how we use it.

The short version

  • We don't use advertising trackers or sell your data. There are no Meta, Google Ads or similar pixels on this site.
  • Rate lookups happen in your browser. When you enter a ZIP code, your browser downloads public Medicare rate data and does the calculation locally. We don't receive or store the ZIP codes you enter.
  • The bill check happens in your browser too. What you type into the free bill check (amounts, dates, your insurance and your answers) stays on your device. To run the check, your browser downloads public Medicare rate files for the year of the ride and the first three digits of the pickup ZIP code. Our host sees those file requests like any other page request, but we don't receive your bill, and nothing you type is stored or sent to us.
  • The free letter pack is built in your browser. The contact details you type to personalise the letters (name, address, plan details) are used on your device to produce the pack. They are not sent to us or stored.
  • We record how the tool is used, never what you type. We run our own analytics server (Umami). It records the pages you view, the steps and buttons you use, which options you pick (such as the type of insurance or the state), how long you stay, and the result of the check. It never records what you type into a box, so no names, addresses, amounts, dates, ZIP codes or notes. Your browser stores a random ID so we can tell when the same browser returns. It is not linked to your name or any account, and we keep these records indefinitely.
  • We also use cookieless analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us aggregate statistics, such as page views and referrers, without cookies or cross-site tracking.

Information we collect

  • Usage events: records of the steps you take on the site (pages, buttons, options chosen, the kind of problem the check found, whether a pack was built, time on page, device and browser type, and the site you came from), tied to a random ID stored in your browser. They hold nothing you type, are kept on our own server, are not shared with advertisers, and are kept indefinitely. You can stop them by clearing site data in your browser or by blocking the analytics script.
  • Usage data: aggregate, cookieless statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, and standard technical logs from our hosting provider, Cloudflare (for example IP address, browser type and pages requested), used for security and reliability.
  • Information you send us: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it to respond.

We don't currently offer accounts, uploads or payments. If we add them, we'll update this policy before launch, including how we protect any health-related information you provide.
